Protection using A Visualized Mirrored Ark Orb

Here is step by step Visualization that will protect you.

Protection Protocol

Protection protocol:

1.Relax your body, emotions and mind by focusing on your breath (or counting down from 10 to zero).

2.See your ‘soul-star Chakra’ 20 inches above your head. It’s brilliant white vortex of light is spinning clockwise down throughout your body purifying your energy fields of your:  (Say them) Physical, plasmatic, etheric, emotional, and mental bodies.”  See the connection of the light above linked permanently to “Source”.      Say, “Light Vortex, I program you to maintain all my energy bodies purified.”

3.  Visualize an egg shaped semi-permeable MIRROR-SHIELD around your auric field of your physical, plasmatic, etheric, astral, and mental bodies.  This Mirror-Shield lets all positive energies into your energy field, but reflects and bounces all negative energies back to their source as a ‘return to sender’.  Say,  “Mirror-Shield, I program you to alert me when any type of negative energy is directed at me and let it reflect back to it’s origin.”

4.  Visualize the Light re-arranging all parts of your body, emotions, thoughts and energy back into a state of balance and harmony as you start turning in a clockwise slow spin.  Tone the primeval “OM” the sound of creative Light, and it’s Resonance will restore harmony most effectively.

5. Send a message to those operators of negative devices:  “The capstone of the pyramid has been removed, (The power of the 1%) The all-seeing eye has been forced shut and does not watch you anymore.  You are now safe to return to the light of Love.”

6.  Project the ‘Awakening Light’ to them to empower them from their star Chakras to step away from the Cabal and set themselves free from darkness.

7. Visualize them joining the Planetary Network of Light,  putting down their weapons of destruction and deceit and co-operating with human society in a constructive way.

Meditation using a stone.

I have a Book on how concentrating on Heaven sent number sequences brings normalcy to our experiences.  In using these concentration exercises we gradually see our thoughts when in harmony with Heaven, effect positive changes.  Here is my take on using a stone to idealize one’s world.  Set one desire with focused intention and it is but one step.  A second step  is then offered to set up momentum.  What would be your first desire?  More money?  Better eyesight?  A successful outcome in a relationship or business venture?

Would you rather be Right or Kind?

would you rather be right or kind?______________.

What brought up this question was an event I experienced at a gathering of ladies who have met daily for the last thirty years at the local fast food coffee house to work crossword-puzzles.  Mom had been a regular and when she had a stroke, we daughters used to take her, even though she stopped guessing at the answers.  She enjoyed seeing familiar faces.

Now I like a challenge to get my mental juices flowing.  I also love to be right, for that means, ‘I win!’

Mom has been gone for awhile now and this day I decided to drop in and join in the fun.  They had already been at it a half hour when I sat down.  The oldest white haired lady had been given the job of reading the clues and filling in our best guess as to the answer.  The boxes were tiny in the clipping from the paper, and I could see her squinting her eyes.

“Um…um”. She said, hesitatingly.  We had all agreed on the word to fill the blanks and she was trying to pencil them in.  I peeked over.  Oh- no!  She misspelled it!  I reached over a finger to ‘help’ point out her mistake.  I told her, “That’s not an ‘I’,  its an ‘A’.”

Three of the other ladies were aghast at my importunity.

“Let her be!”

“Let her take her time!”

“We never push!”

Ah!  Me being accused of wrongdoing?  Where was I wrong?  Sure I was right in the letter, but my ‘get it right or be corrected’ spirit was pushing my own ego agenda.  I caused more fluster to this fragile soul and therefore defeated the purpose of fun for which they had gathered.

I had to realize that over the years these ladies had so tuned to each other that ‘no pushing’ had become their rule of love.

Refocussed to Miracles

ImageTHE TATTOOED MAN:  I saw him pre-showering by the entrance to the Athletic club’s pool:  tats (tattoos) on arms, hands, back of neck.  He even had one on his cheek!  He had huge ‘bullet hole’ piercings in his ears, and their two steel ring inserts matched the studs in his bottom lip.  His head was shaved yet age-wise he could have been some kid’s dad.

I had a choice- to react out of fear, or be God’s love for this ‘Holy Child of God.’

My exercise in the therapy pool was over and I headed for the long spa tub for some soothing jets.  As I entered I reaquainted  with a lady I had spoken to last time about strained relations I was having. (Oh, you don’t know that relaxing in a spa equals gals chatting?)  I updated her that I chose to practice forgiveness, and she agreed it’s better not to add fuel to the fire resulting in more hurt feelings.  “It’s not worth it,”  we agreed.

As she left, I saw the tattooed man entering.  Now I know very well a lighthearted jest breaks the ice, so I said the first thing that came into my mind, “This is the philosophy corner.”  I wondered if it had been an obscure joke for even as I laughed, I could see he was confused.

Now I had to set him at ease.  Oh, now what was it my daughter told me about people with tattoos from her anthropology class?  Oh, yes, that each tattoo holds special meaning to its wearer.

“Which is your favorite?” I asked inching closer to hear his reply. (I had taken my hearing aids out before entering the water.)  He pointed to what looked like two red mangos joined at the bottom.  It was a puffy heart.  “This sacred heart has healing beams coming out of it.”  He said.

My! He is a proponent of Love’s power!  My confidence soared.

“Oh, then it seems to me, since it is on your hand that if you laid hands on the sick, healing beams would come to give them a miracle!”  Now I got a smile as he agreed.

So, next time you see tattoos, ask Love to take over.

One story deserves another.  Lets keep communicating.   Oh, I need to post another story about how I saw others express love…!  Look for it.

New Year’s Dream beginning 2013

My late husband liked to visit his best man and wife, so I saw this in my dream.  In it Bob wanted a cottage close by.  I felt it my job to prepare a front yard garden and I wanted it just right as our friends would walk by and see it.  But Bob had the bucket of seeds and, lacking enough calming seratonin in his system, got nervous.  He dumped the entire bucket of seeds in one spot on top of the soil!  I was aghast!

I started poking what seeds I could into the soft soil.  I woke up gritting my teeth!

God, I hear you are a God of ‘order’.  And we are here to learn lessons.  Wouldn’t they be lessons of ‘order’?  Jesus in A.C.I.M. as “J”  says this dream I made up so all offences I see I am to ‘forgive’ as not being there.  What gives?

<The answer you already know.>

Ah, all the lessons we learned of this ‘order’ – laws of seed-time and harvest, of teacher and student, of the mind tempted to stray needing food and discipline by picture symbols to apply in ‘time’ to my ‘experience’ of choosing the ‘best’ over the ‘merely good’ – that level of knowing ‘Truth’ is for success, health and happiness in the world of ‘duality’, time and space.

But why choose to learn lessons of this sort if the ‘Truth’ is a higher reality?

<To learn to forgive the seemingly ‘Out of Order’.>

What are the higher lessons?

<Courage, patience, to laugh when tempted to anger, to be your own savior – redeeming each seeming unforgivable idea by forgiving it with a higher concept of God.>

Call to action:  draw a picture of the series.  The carefully prepared ground/ the careless dumper of seed/ the offended gardener ‘s attempt to recoup a ‘loss’, the higher concept forgiveness.

Training of Soul Specialty Groups

Shelley visits 2011 025

I’d like to quote from Michael Newton’s Destiny of Souls book .

“I have had souls (in hypnotized dialogue) who were with their primary groups for some 50,000 years before they were ready to move on to the intermediate levels.  After level III they begin to rise more rapidly into the advanced levels. where they are trained for specialization.”

Skills with assignments are evaluated with increasingly intense instruction.  Some specializations include:  Dream-masters, Redeemers of lost souls, Keepers of Neutrality, Restoration Masters, Incubator Mothers of new souls ( spun out of Divine Egg Womb of Creation like fine silk), Animal caretaker souls, Musical Directors, Archivists, and Gamekeepers (who train methods of travel and explore R&R locations in the universe.)  As well as primary core group guides.”

Let me say here that I find these insights into activity between lives quite enlightening.  It means there are lessons we have set ourselves, skills we intended to practice, and challenges we intended to confront us so we could grow spiritually by overcoming.

Michael Newton said he was sure readers would identify areas of their own inclination.  I feel drawn towards researching them all.  The one interesting me at this time of practicing is Dream-Masters.

I imagine they would be a guild of sorts challenged with sending meaningful dreams to embodied folk who may get clues to their purpose on earth by dream interpretation.

With this in mind, I acknowledge their many efforts to get through to me.  I only regret lack of clarity on my part to recall in the morning what I know took hours to  dream.  It seems a devious imp with a large eraser has come to quickly smudge all but the most outlandish images.

I do pay attention to recurring themes during my waking moments as well.  Lately I am beset with the word ‘Leadership’.

Now I have little attraction for that.  When volunteers for leading are asked for, I keep my hand down.  Jury duty?  Nope.  A chance to judge at a singing competition?  Don’t ask me to sign up!  Even when my business mentor was asking one of her team to coach his new understudy, I shook in my boots fearing that was the method of duplication in this business.  I wanted and appreciated a mentor, but don’t ask me to be one!

What is my big deal???  I know God called me to be a teacher.  As far as I got was hosting backyard flannel-graph Bible classes for kids. (Child Evangelism had tools and training.)

Well, gulp, I guess I’d better meet the challenge!

Holy Spirit, help me!?

< Finally.>

Hawaii 2012 Hi, everyone, Let me tell you how I finally got to my first visit to Hawaii!

Hi everyone,  Here’s the story:  I had just heard last May of a new style of Manifesting your desires.  Previous plans had the goal at the top of the chart with a ‘to-do’ list to go down beneath.  This new style was much less stressful.

You put a wish (a drawing picture or word) in the center of a blank chart and wait for your spiritual consierge (aka Holy Spirit) to gift you with a progressive experience until the goal is fulfilled.  This gift is written at the end of a sun-ray as it is received leaving you with a joyful heart of gratitude.

I took a large white drawing board and wrote ‘Hawaii’ in the center.  Sure, the desire was born of jealousy.  Sure spiritual masters don’t care where they are.  But, hey, my sister had gone already six times!  And I was trying out this style of working with the Universe.  I believe it has the power and wisdom to work things out for the best for all concerned better than my pea-brain efforts.

The next thing I knew it was June 20th when I suddenly remembered it had been a year since I’d gone on my Bahamas cruise.  Oh, yes.  There was a paid-for plane ticket in Gary’s name still unused!  I put a call in to United.  Oh, no, it was already past the forfeit date, but if a booking was made today they would reinstate it.  I was on the phone to Gary in a heartbeat.  He told me to research possibilities.  Of course I researched Hawaii.  But since I planned to go the cheapest way I researched Allegiant’s deals.  I checked availability after labor day since Gary said September was probably toward the end of his work season in construction.

I found the best deal was Allegiant to Honolulu from Las Vegas Sat.Sept. 8th returning the following Fri. the 14th. with a Castle Hokele hotel special and promo code of 50% off.  The package including one carry-on each was around $1,300!

The unused ticket was for United, however.  I’d better not do any booking until Gary agrees.  He says partners don’t make unilateral descisions for the other.  He said he’d check flights to and from Las Vegas on United from Bozeman, Montana.  When he called back June 22nd, the first thing he said was, “Aloha!”

Wow! The rays out from the center of my chart were beginning to look like the many beams radiating out from the sun. I watched Hawaii 5-0, TV Surfer movies, Paintings/ Music/ News/ Books and atlases and research  all telling me what to expect, where to get the best deals and the most activities for the dollar.

Now I like to think of myself as an excellent researcher- so I spent the next three months online for hours looking up and interviewing people.  What was the best way to experience Hawaii?

More than one island?  No- Oahu was it.  Learn to surf…golf?  No.  But i made lists of Museums, water-parks, luaus, hikes to waterfalls, tours, art-walks and the Polynesian Cultural Center.  Gary was amazed at my ever-increasing ‘to-do’ list!

“Wait a minute!  Don’t lock me into your huff-and-puff, go-and-do stuff!  I’m going on vacation to sit in the sand with my feet in the water!”

“Oh, then you don’t think I should buy a $208 Go Oahu card prepaying my admission to 30 ativities?”

“No, we can’t pack all that in one week and still relax!”

I should have put pictures of my desired activities on another poster.  I really wanted to snorkel and see fish out on the reef.  I wanted to ride a boogie-board on the foam, and have my first kayak ride.  But partner only agreed to hike Diamond-head, see the blow-hole, visit Kailua beach and one tour-bus to a luau.  “You go shop while I go to the beach,” he said.

He gave me a start locating booths of dickering salesmen under the huge International Marketplace Banyan tree. I negotiated the price of dresses down from $25 to $14 and Gary only paid $13 for his $20 Hawaiian shirt!  BUT, as we were leaving a salesman stopped us with a free gift.  Tickets to the Polynesian Cultural Center Luau and show if we’d only listen to a sales pitch for 90 minutes!  After three hours we got  our free tickets, but still we had to pay the bus there and back ($26 ea.) and tour guide with lunch ($26each)

Still we saved big by filling the fridge from a stop at Walmart less than two miles from our hotel.  I purchased cottage cheese and added cut up    pineapple that I brought home from Germain’s Luau.  Yum!

The sky was blue, the sea was clear and warm and my mind and body relaxed in the tropical sun.  Hm, I’ll leave my ‘to-do’ lists up to my spiritual consierge next time.  Next time?  Oh, yes!  Definitely!Image
