Wherever You Are …Reach Higher

Emotional Scale: [This is from channeled material, but I can see how it could be helpful].
1. JOY/ Knowledge/ Empowerment/ Freedom/ Love:[ I see this as the optimal level of feelings and I may gather photos of people feeling this way to gaze my attention and focus my intention for the day.]
2. Appreciation/ Passion/ Exuberance: [ This would be feelings from seeing the goal within reach and all hindrances removed.]
3. Enthusiasm / Eagerness/ Happiness: [These feelings speak of enjoying the process of working for a desired goal knowing it will yield fruition.]
4. Positive expectation/ Belief: [This level of feelings speak of Faith when one is charging forward with a plan to implement.]
5. Optimism : [Optimists say the glass is half full. They are trusting a promise that all is well with a sunny outlook.]
6. Hopefulness: [Here is a patient looking for a fulfillment of a promise given a while ago but not come to pass as yet.]
7. Contentment : [This is a relaxed state, no desired projects, no regrets, just happy to exist. Maybe hum, “Let it Be.”]
8. Boredom: [ The tilt is less than satisfied, the vibe is impinged upon to urge a discontinuance of status quo.]
9. Pessimism: [ A lack of holding Hope, a result of bad news believed coupled with fear. the cup is half empty and it’ll get worse.]
10. Frustration/ Irritation/ Impatience: [Here the feelings are based on lacking, faulty or bad information centered on certain expectations, promises that were made with faulty foundation. Like expecting a house of cards to stand.]
11. Overwhelm: [This is known as housewife frenzy or having too much on one’s plate. Unless one gets a break one feels headed for a nervous breakdown.]
12. Disappointment: [ Like having a rug pulled out, a flat tire or a bitter pill. One having thrown a toss aiming for the mark misses and doesn’t get their name on the trophy.]
13. Doubt: [ Here one’s mind forms each expectation with the words, “I fear…”. This is the opposite of hope. Many minds prefer to remain in this morass rather than feel disappointed by hope dashed.]
14. Worry: [This is what is also called ‘angst’. free-floating anxiety, baseless, looking for sweet heart-break to end the restlessness.]
15. Blame of others: The Ego mind, having forgotten it’s connection to the Creator, seeks solace from self-inflicted pain of guilt, (“I feel separate, so I must have made God ineffectual.”) The way to avoid confronting the impossibility is to project guilt outward.] All the while the Ego-mind is saying, “Yes! Yes!”
16. Discouragement: [Hands and head hang low, strength is feeble. Below doing anything or even trying. What’s the use. Told you will fail if you try].
17. Anger: To have this energy placed lower than the mind having been told it can’t hope, I sense we have moved into the reptilian brain of reaction. Here is only two options; fight or flight. This feeling tenses the muscles to throw a punch or whatever is felt needful to remove the pain.]
18. Revenge: This as a feeling rather than an act denotes zeroing the blame of guilt on a specific target, the cause of loss, hurt, pain,failure to achieve happiness. As a worse vibe than blame, we see a feeling to ‘get back, get even, make them feel just as bad as they made me feel’. This is justice gone awry.]
19. Hatred / Rage: [“This means war!” The Ego-mind is convinced the removal of the ‘other who is to blame’ is the answer. It even validates as winning a victory over evil.]
20. Jealousy: [‘Other who is to blame’ has it better, more love, more stuff, more stature, more ‘ins’ with God, or Mommy etc.] The Grinch whose heart was three times too small.
21. Insecurity/ guilt/ unworthiness: [A desire to hide as if a big red wart is festering on their face and they are unfit for presentable company.]
22. Fear/ Grief/ Depression: [An energy draining state where vitality is seeping out like a sieve. One who feels this low vibe may harm themselves just to feel something.]
23. Despair/ powerless-helplessness:[ Ego-mind has always wanted to kill you, but here may realize if it does then it will cease to exist when it has achieved its goal.]
End annotation: Post this scale as a tool to be aware that you are in charge of choosing which feeling state you are expressing in any given moment. There is no guilt in feeling anger as a choice higher than depression. Your prescription for healing may take several adjustments, but you will achieve your selected choice better than one demanded of you.
